XFrame was developed based on a vision to create a modern light-weight timber frame construction system that achieves material circularity.
Driven by a desire to minimize building waste and provide a fully reusable system, X Frame uses 30% less material than standard timber wall framing, is carbon negative and rapidly recoverable.
Constructed from computer numerical control (CNC) machined plywood, X Frame comprises 12 core components and is fully customisable.
XFrame is
- Reconfigurable and adaptable in place.
- Simple in its design and construction.
- Fast and modular.
- Precise.
