Our unique support model is designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment, including substance use disorder, past incarceration, or a lack of resources, so that they can build thriving futures. Associates are carefully matched to a job and backed by ongoing support — including direct account management, peer recovery coaching, and community resources — throughout their employment. A key reason the model works is because we've been there. The vast majority of our team, including our account managers and peer recovery coaches, are in long term recovery themselves; many have an incarceration record. We know what it's like, and our goal is to help you find success on your terms. Since our founding in 2016, we've helped over 1,300 community members find careers with great-fit local companies dedicated to building recovery-friendly workplaces.
