Wobble Genomics specializes in maximizing RNA and DNA sequencing efficiency for the discovery and detection of nucleic acid biomarkers. We combine biochemistry with bioinformatics to provide integrated solutions for our customers.
Level-Up is a cDNA normalisation technology that selectively increases the levels of low abundance NAs in a sample. As a result, 10-fold less sequencing reads are required to sequence all NAs in a sample. Level-Up enables 90% savings in sequencing costs, reduces the data storage and analysis burden, and enables the detection of low abundance biomarkers that might otherwise be missed. Level-Up is a non-targeted approach and is sequence platform agnostic.
TAMA is bioinformatics system focused on long read RNA sequencing analysis. TAMA addresses the need to reduce the number of false positives and negatives in bioinformatic pipelines.
