The problem(s): SaaS (Software as a Service) companies struggle with many customers discontinuing their use of a product after signing up (churn). Other problems include low conversion rates from free trials to subscriptions, and retaining active users after 90 days (low adoption rates). These problems happen because many SaaS companies don’t pay enough attention to how a user learns to use a product, which has a direct impact on how long they’re likely to use it. Users who don’t use the product aren’t going to recommend it either, which results in a low Net Promoter Score (NPS), which can be harmful to your brand image and overall customer loyalty. How do we solve these? We enhance the customer onboarding experience for our SaaS partners, which means we focus on getting users to understand a SaaS product and how it will benefit them. We also make sure that users enjoy this learning process as much as possible!
