With Windular's technology, you can use your existing, unmodified tower assets to generate copious amounts of clean energy, and new revenues from unexploited vertical real estate. Our 10kw turbine systems bolt-up to your tower just like a set of antenna sector mounts. The turbine carriage is actively driven around the circumference of your tower, seeking out the best wind possible. The system is controlled with reliable micro-electronics that can be remotely monitored by your NOC, or if you prefer, by us. Our 10kw turbines and our Tower mounted Solar Trackers are very powerful generators that supply substantial and reliable amounts of electricity under most conditions. A single 10kw unit under optimal circumstances, can generate enough electric power to offset the entire annual electrical consumption of a typical Carrier, including air conditioning requirements. Where available tower space exists, you may install as many turbines as structurally feasible. Intermediate portions of the tower stack, from above the tree line, to below the sector mounts, are perfect for mounting these turbine systems.
