We live in a paperless world, yet the most traditional accepted form of representation is the resume. The resume does a good job of representing what you are, but not who you are. Wedge is a filter in the hiring process that solves this problem. Applicants are asked to create a 5 minute video via our website. They are asked 5 random questions and have a minute each to respond. This gives them a platform to represent who they are. Applicants also have one opportunity to record their wedge to insure as much authenticity as possible. Our hope at wedge is to provide individuals with an opportunity, an opportunity to represent themselves. We bring you the competitive (w)edge.
