Waitaki BioSciences takes ordinary waste products from marine and terrestrial animals as well as permanent crops and converts them into high value, healthy ingredients. These range from fruit extracts to vitamin and nutrient powers, from crustacean extracts to freeze dried glands.
The business plans to expand by installing additional freeze dryers, a marine collagen line and a finished product line for the development of animal feed and nutrition products.
