Volunteer Vision

Welcome to Volunteer Vision! We use state-of-the-art eLearning technology to engage people around online mentoring and volunteering, aiming to increase the societal impact of companies. We digitalize proven mentoring concepts and guide employees in their corporate volunteering engagement, helping our mentors and mentees to (a) find the perfect mentoring match, (b) prepare their mentoring sessions and (c) meet each other online via videochat. Our approach is based on a Software-as-a-Service solution accessible for anyone who is online, allowing geographic barriers to be overcome. Our ongoing online mentoring programs are focusing on supporting refugees in language training (eStart), as well as in their academic education (Online Study Mentoring). To truly make a difference you must measure your impact! That is why our platform continuously tracks our mentors’ and mentees’ activities and provides all stakeholders with detailed reports on the achieved social, as well as business impact – a field in which we have high academic expertise.
