This Facebook page is intended to bring you news, fun and information about Vodafone New Zealand and the services we provide. Everyone’s welcome to get involved but there are a few house rules we ask our fans to follow:
Bad language: Our Facebook page is designed for use by anyone, including younger members of the public. Any posts containing bad language will be removed.
Insulting or offensive behaviour: We encourage people to get involved in discussions with us and other fans, and will often ask for people’s opinions and ideas directly to drive this. We want people to feel able to share freely. All we ask is that everyone is respectful to each other. If we believe a post is insulting or may cause offence then it will be deleted.
Comments and Links: Posts linking to other websites will be allowed as long as they lead somewhere relevant to the conversation. Please note that links and comments that are irrelevant, advertising, spam, offensive, inappropriate or link to our competitors will be removed.
Spam: We ask our fans not to spam or repeatedly post the same message several times. When a message is posted more than once we will respond to one of them and remove the rest in order to keep the page free from clutter.
Personal information: This is a public forum and we don’t recommend that any personal details are posted here. At times we may need some details in order to help resolve your query, but we ask to only provide those through secure channels. Any posts containing personal information will be removed.
Other circumstances: Please note that the above is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to remove any other posts from our page.
Blocking: Blocking people from our page will only be used as a last resort or in the most serious cases of the above guidelines being broken. We understand that mistakes can happen and emotions can run high, so we’ll always try and be fair and reasonable in enforcing these guidelines. If anyone is seen to breach any of these rules three or more times, we may block your access to our page.
