Vital Records Control® (“VRC”) is a growing independent company servicing the entire U.S. with a focus on the South East. VRC was established in 1988 in Memphis, TN and has grown to service accounts around the country. VRC is known for its willingness to customize an information management program to fit each customer’s needs and providing first rate facilities, security and services to our customers. With VRC’s customized software, VitalTrac®, and its related web module, VitalWeb®, VRC is able to provide customized software to our clients including reporting, department/division hierarchy, retention scheduling, invoicing, data fields, etc. VRC’s philosophy is to mold to the customer’s needs and preferences rather than forcing the customer to accept one style and only one style of records program. VRC services scores of Fortune 500 companies and thousands of regional, state, and local companies throughout the country with a special concentration on the Southeastern United States. VRC is a full-service information management and storage company that works exclusively on information management for its customers. We do not have another side-line business at VRC to distract us.
