Aksìa Group acquired Valsa Group from the founder with the aim to support the company through its further expansion and development phase. The project envisages the strengthening of the managerial structure and the enlargement of the customer base also through the opening of new geographical markets. Furthermore, Aksìa aims to expand the product portfolio and develop new business opportunities through strategic acquisitions.
