Hi everyone! My name is Dave and I am the founder of UnofficialCardboard.com.
Google Cardboard proved the Virtual Reality experience could be affordable and easily accessible. We're passionate about the future of mobile VR, and we're dedicated to sharing the VR experience with everyone.
Our first product, the UC Classic, was modeled after the original Google Cardboard. However, we noticed that Google's cardboard VR kit was not compatible with bigger mobile devices. SO! We introduced our UC Large VR Kits to make sure we are sharing the mobile VR experience with as many users as possible. Our UC Large VR kits will also work great with the new iPhone 6 Plus!
In the near future, we will be adding the UC Mini and UC Tablet to our product line in order to share the mobile VR experience with older iPhone and 7-inch tablet users.
Finally, as a testament of our commitment to sharing the VR experience with everyone, we plan to upload all our product designs online under the GNU General Public License (GPL). So please stay tuned for updates on our newest product launches and design releases!
