Treehouse is a new way of living for people who value community over status – who see success as a shared idea. It’s more affordable than the average modern studio apartment in the same neighborhoods. Residents review and select applicants to move in and sign a one-year minimum lease, and pick their flatmates to ensure that everyone is in a place that feels right. Living configurations include a private bedroom and bathroom, paired with a private or shared kitchen and amenities including paid wifi, coffee, and community spaces. Programming and events are run by and for the community. Weekly Sunday dinners are planned and executed by teams of 5 who decide whether they want to cook or order in, and Treehouse provides budget and support. Event schedules are curated by community managers, but driven by the residents.
