KT Capital Partners acquired Production Solutions Group in December 2008. The Production Solutions Group is an add-on acquisition for platform portfolio company ON Event Services (formerly Tech Rentals). Nashville-based PSG is a regional Rental, Staging and Events Company that also has operations in Memphis, TN and Huntsville, AL. With this acquisition, ON became one of the strongest regional providers in the Southeast United States.
