If a site is using Toopher, you put in your username and password and you're immediately sent a push notification to your phone telling you the who, what, where, and when of your login. If it's you, click "allow" and you're automatically granted access. If it's coming from some place in Romania, click "deny" and you've effectively defeated online fraud.
