The T+L Holding GmbH was founded in 2011 jointly by Olaf Meyer and AUCTUS Capital Partner AG as a holding company for a powerful group of companies in the transport and warehouse logistics sector. The strategic goal of the T+L Group is the construction and management of a high-performance and above-average profitability group of companies in the field of transport and logistics with more than 150 million euro revenue. With this buy and build strategy, the T+L Group strives to rise and compete among the leading companies in the sector in the next few years.
The T + L Group currently has about 400 employees, provides full load services, contract distribution and logistics services and has its own fleet with more than 200 trucks.
