TWL is one of the largest private sector manufacturers of Freight Wagon Units for the Indian Railways. It is the only private Indian company approved by the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, for the manufacture of Military Bridges, Bailey Bridges, Rail Mobile Systems, Nuclear Biological & Chemical Shelters, Electro Magnetic Interference Shelters and other special fabricated equipment for the Indian Defence Industry. The company has an in-house design capability and the infrastructure to develop and supply new types of Rail Wagons for the Indian Railways and customised structures for the Indian Defence Industry.
