TCL Healthcare Group, founded in 2009, is one of the leading suppliers of medical imaging diagnostic products in China, engaging in the R&D, manufacture and sales. At the end of 2018, the former CEO of Siemens Healthineers Greater China, Mr. Zeng Fanzhong, partnering with a group of TCL Group executives, has completed the MBO of medical equipment business in TCL Group. After the MBO, TCL Healthcare Group has allocated the key TCL medical technology, intellectual property, the core staff and part of the assets in the new entity - TCL Medical Equipment (Shanghai Huiying). In addition, TCL Healthcare Group has obtained TCL’s trademark use right in medical equipment, and continued the business of medical equipment. TCL Healthcare Group, as one of the non-controlling shareholders, keeps providing brand, trademark and channel to TCL Medical Equipment.
