We’re a food tech company based in Cambridge, and we’re reimagining the role of sugar in our food. We make delicious and healthy food ingredients by purifying the natural, low calorie sugars found in plants. It’s sugar! but not how you know it.

Because our ingredients are natural and low calorie, they’re healthy. But because they’re still sugars, they’re still able to make cakes cakey and cookies, well, cookie-ey. This means we can, for the very first time, economically bake delicious cookies, cakes and candies without all the bad effects of cane or beet sugar.

Stay tuned, something delicious coming soon!
