CityMD, a Warburg-Pincus backed urgent care provider primarily in the New York Metro Area, acquired STAT Health in February 2018. CityMD’s strategic acquisition of STAT Health’s 12 centers (with two additional locations slated to open later this year) expanded its presence in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and in combination with another acquisition brought CityMD to 100 locations.
