spoon.tech provides restaurant operators with AI-powered intuitive tools to (finally) systemize processes in their restaurants and enable employee learning. Our extremely ambitious team aims to redefine the global restaurant industry, transforming word-of-mouth restaurant processes into meaningful visual trainings. Our ultimate goal is to create a modular cloud-based software ecosystem, which will seamlessly empower the entire value chain of the restaurant operations. Founding Story Our two founders Daniil and Rares have been running a successful restaurant business in Vienna since 2020. Coming from consulting (Daniil worked at McKinsey & Company) and software development (Rares is a full stack engineer and a tech wizard), they started to solve challenges in restaurant operations through technology. That’s when they realized they could apply what they created for their restaurant to the industry as a whole – and spoon.tech was born.
