SpineZone was created to offer an alternative for back and neck pain sufferers without resorting to surgery. Over the last 10 years, our Orthopedic spine surgeons have used their knowledge and experience with all spinal conditions to devise a non-operative, disease-specific protocol to allow for strengthening of the spine while taking your diagnosis into consideration. Our techniques allow total isolation of the spinal erector and stabilizer muscles.
Each program begins with an evaluation and exercise prescription, and is guided by a trained spine rehabilitation specialist.
