Sinew Pharma is a new biopharmaceutical company targeting important unmet medical needs by new drug R&D. Currently, we focus on two critical topics, (i) the breakthrough hepatotoxicity-free AAP product that produces minimal toxic metabolite and (ii) an antidote for AAP overdose can help solve the long-standing problem caused by chronic and/or incidentally AAP overdose-induced acute liver failure or even death over the past 30 years. Sinew Pharma has developed a new safe product that may effectively treat fatty liver disease or steatohepatitis which currently has no standard treatment. In the pipeline, Sinew Pharma also has new chemical entities and new combos at the stage of preclinical research. Our team members have 35 years of profound experience in drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, preclinical and clinical research. We also have the experience of developing new long-lasting non-addictive painkillers from scratch to the market. Currently, there are six core products under development, two of which are "new drugs for fatty liver disease" and the other four are "new painkillers and antidotes without hepatotoxicity".
