Power skills are traits such as leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence that shape how you work and how you lead others. Today, the options available are not engaging, time-efficient, practical, or price-affordable enough to learn effectively. Having that in mind, we created SimSkills: a concept based 100% in practice, a SAAS in which the user engages in a constant growth journey.
Simulations are based on real situations, created and endorsed by top professionals in coaching, psicology and role-playing. Exercises increase in difficulty as the user advances, and all are supported with a professional-gamified platform to keep it engaging.
Our tool allows companies to educate employees to become good managers before they are promoted, and for current managers to become better leaders.
