Servitly is a cloud-based software that empowers equipment manufacturers to deliver valuable connected services, by harnessing the potential of IoT. With Servitly it is easy to manage the after-sales life cycle of connected products, design, offer and monetize digital services (such as monitoring, reporting, notifications, configuration, optimisation, integration, interoperability), deliver data-driven maintenance contracts and performance advisory services, optimise consumables and spare parts ordering, define and implement advanced pricing models (pay per use, pay per availability, pay per outcome). Servitly is a Digital Product-Service System (DPSS), the next generation software for equipment manufacturers who want to embrace a servitization journey. It is composed by: - a set of IoT connectors to easily connect the products (directly or through an IoT platform) - a data analysis and intelligence engine - a web portal and mobile app for the end customer (both b2c or b2b) - a web control room and mobile app for technicians, advisors, sales reps involved in service delivery (both internal or external, like distributors, resellers, technical assistance centres) - a back office system to manage the after-sales life cycle of products and services - an admin console to configure, customise and manage the entire system through a "no code" approach.
