Premature birth is one of the largest causes of infant death globally. In the UK alone, this costs the NHS £3 billion annually. Worldwide, that number amounts to £200 billion. We use existing third-party hardware combined with our time-series analysis of the electrical activity of the body to predict preterm birth.
Edward Cartwright
is a paediatric medical doctor, with a PhD in Medicine from the University of Cambridge, where he obtained clinical trial experience. He has published 15 papers including papers in NEJM and Nature, which have been cited over 1300 times.
Agne Kazakeviciute
