Formed in February 2019, San Mateo Midstream II provides natural gas gathering and processing; crude oil gathering; and produced water gathering and disposal midstream solutions to E&P customers in the northern Delaware Basin. San Mateo II is the second midstream partnership formed by Five Point Energy and Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR).
