RightHire’s pre-hire assessment system measures the characteristics of occupation fit and environment fit of job applicants that are currently measured using only "gut-feel". Large-scale research has found that inaccurate measurement of these characteristics are reasons for 90% of poor-fit hires. Poor-fit hires are either terminated, leave under pressure, disciplined, or receive poor performance reviews.
RightHire offers pre-built off-the-shelf assessments for 900+ occupations in all functions and industries. We also offer software to build custom assessments for specific types of occupations in your organization that will help you evaluate job applicants against your top-performers currently in that role.
