Northern Quinoa Corp. is the only Canadian grower of Quinoa. The variety we grow here in Canada is called "Golden Quinoa". Quinoa (pronounced "keen-wa") is one of the world's most perfect foods. Quinoa is naturally Gluten-free, making it the perfect choice for gluten-free diets or those with Celiacs. Quinoa is also a complete protein with high iron levels and registers low on the Glycemic Index.
