Qiscus was founded as a chat platform for enterprises. As the journey went, we just realized there's a bigger problem that we have to solve. Since 2017, we finally decided to pivot and changed our products concept, from chat platform for enterprises to chat and call engines for businesses. We change our logo and website with a new concept, a revamped one. And now here's Qiscus with a new one; as a company that expertizes on chat and call engines for businesses.
