The service includes:
• A dedicated Home Team Manager as your single point of contact and trusted partner in managing your home. Just call text or email and they’ll take care of it, even when you’re not home.
• A 30-point comprehensive preventive maintenance program every six months on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This can save the average homeowner up to $500 annually in increased energy efficiency and appliance/system longevity.
• Quick resolution of all repairs. Your Home Team Manager can fix most things for a low $40 copay. Only when necessary do we use our own vetted contractors at low negotiated rates.
