Pondera’s proprietary detection engine is called FraudCaster. FraudCaster provides a 360 degree view of program transactions, analyzing the identity of the person applying for benefits, the device used to apply for the benefits (if processed online) and the claim itself. FraudCaster combines this analysis into a confidence score which we provide to our clients and which identifies the likelihood of fraud.
