Pivt is the social platform designed to reduce churn and improve the well-being of relocated and mobile employees. Despite the fact that corporations on average spend $90K relocating a single employee, more than 1/3 leave their post early due to social reasons (Harvard Business Review, Workforce Mobility Association). Pivt ensures that employees on assignment and their families, have the necessary tools to acclimate seamlessly and achieve a successful post. Pivt provides value the moment employees are told about the move by connecting users to other corporate employees on assignment, where they can share trusted advice and make social plans (ex:names of trusted doctors and schools, as well as for restaurants, and leisure activities). Pivt provides a “community” for relocated employees, enabling them to achieve a better experience on assignment, supporting productivity and long-term assignment success.
