Our vision is to democratize muscle data in sport, fitness, and medical performance. We call this, Muscle Guided Training. For the past 60 years, muscle activity data has been confined to research and controlled medical settings. We take this tool out of the lab and allow coaches and clinicians to speak to the muscles during functional performance, unlocking objective metrics for training stimulus, intensity, specificity, and movement efficiency straight from the muscles, straight from the source of performance. Coaches can now create a constant feedback loop between them and their athletes’ muscles to catch risky actions before they affect performance, or worse, lead to injury.
