Omniflight Helicopters, Inc., located in Addison, TX, is one of the largest providers of air medical emergency transport services in the United States operating over 50 helicopters in 13 states. Air medical services involve transporting patients requiring intensive medical care from either general care hospitals or the scene of an accident to highly skilled trauma centers or tertiary care centers. Navigator invested in the acquisition of Omniflight in May 2003 and exited in October 2005 when the business was sold. Mr. Imhoff was a board member.
