Strava/RunKeeper for CrossFit affiliates and athletes Bench is a social workout tracker for elite fitness athletes and coaches. As an athlete, you can log your your gym's "Workout of the Day" with one tap. There's no faster way to record your scores. Benchmark workouts and lifts are automatically added to your logbook for future reference. As a coach, you can post workouts for your athletes and track their results. In our private beta with Pioneer Valley CrossFit, we have seen greater than 80% retention month to month, with athletes logging 3 workouts per week on average. Athletes are hooked, so now we're working on delivering actionable insights to athletes based on their performance. The primary goal for the next 6 months is to launch a public beta and start testing business models.
