The OC3 is an organization of churches and concerned citizens uniting for the restoration of hope, healing and wellbeing of the city of Hopewell, VA.
Our mission is to provide effective channels for cooperative missions for our community. These channels include changing lives, connecting churches, bringing forth healing, reconciliation, restoring hope, and the salvation of our city.
