Nxus biedt oplossing voor kennisinstellingen op het gebied van (alumni)community en stage(baan)matching. Zo behouden studenten hun eigen profiel wanneer ze afstuderen en alumnus worden, en worden ze skills-based gematcht aan stages en afstudeerbanen o.b.v. van gevalideerde kennis en skills die zijn opgedaan tijdens de studie, waar alle (onbewuste) vooroordelen uit het wervingsproces zijn gehaald. Zo bouwen studenten tegelijkertijd een skills paspoort die ze meenemen bij toetreding in de arbeidsmarkt.
