nxtBase is one of those dinosaurs, which are working with smart glasses (google glasses) from the very beginning of 2013.
On one hand, processes are becoming more and more complex and on the other hand employees with knowledge will be gone once they retire. We capture that unwritten know-how, generate step by step instructions and dynamic reports by taking simple photos with a few clicks and merge it with SAP and IoT data, add different algorithms to analyze and prepare predictive maintenance, and making this “experts master knowledge” available to the rest of the workforce in a structured, visually processed form.
So we reduce assembly time by 10%, reduce training costs by 15% and increase time to proficiency, lower rework and scrap costs by 15% and increase the first-time fix rate by 10%.
