We do all-natural jams and marmalades using only base ingredients, no preservatives and no chemicals. The recipes are based on my grandmothers original recipes from Greece some 100 years ago. We've taken those recipes and those old world techniques and have used them to create our current product line. The customers we're focusing on include parents of young children (particularly moms) interested in providing nutritious, clean food; those that want to eat an all-natural product; and those that believe in sustainability, ethical farming and eating GMO-free food. Our products are superior in taste to anything else on the market and the moment someone tries them, they're hooked. As a base startup that is completely bootstrapping, we've managed to be in a dozen boutique grocery stores with serious interest from Whole Foods. We have a thriving e-commerce business and also sell at bazaars seasonally.
