We were in personal contact with CEO and Radiologist. Started discussion of our project. Had 2 more zoom calls each 1 hour for further discussion, product demonstration. First meeting was ok, second zoom call the Radreport people were hardly focused. One participant had his kids playing in the background and in between had to take care of them. No timely/poor responses, needed to be reminded to sign NDA (what they requested), provide feedback. At the end, they wrongly commented on the ROI of our project without knowing the details/the BP which had been made by a professional - what has never been the question. We wanted to get a professional pricing proposal which has never been provided. Unprofessional and arrogant communication and comments made. Very disappointing experience. The company representatives we have encountered with cannot be taken seriously. Was waste of time talking with them.
