NEM project provides a NanoWallet which is an officially supported client for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It allows you to send XEM, mosaics (assets,) and messages to any address or namespace. The NanoWallet is compatible with OSX, Windows, Linux, and more. It also supports on-chain multisignature and multi-user accounts.
