Nekst is a cloud based platform that combines the steps for each of an agent?s transactions into a single daily to-do list. But unlike spreadsheets and paper checklists, Nekst interacts within an agent?s calendar, alerting them when tasks are due that day, past due and coming up in the days ahead. Within 60 seconds, an agent can launch a customized task plan associated with a new purchase, a listing or even a lead follow up plan. Nekst was designed for use by each party of a transaction so anyone can be assigned tasks and alerted via email or SMS whenever their task is due. Soon, buyers and sellers of a transaction will be relying upon Nekst to manage their own tasks associated with buying or selling a home. Nekst is currently a part of the Uptech Accelerator in Greater Cincinnati.
