Training Needs Analysis
This involves analysing the training needs of audience, the lucunas that deserve immediate attention. This is done through discussions with all the stakeholders involved.
This involves psycho educational assessments that point out the specifics of the curriculum to be taught and the methodology to adopt for the training process
This involves the actual delivery of the training program. The content and duration are customised based on the psycho-educational assessment
Post training, personal coaching and counselling is provided to students to complete the cycle and empower them to independently apply the tools shared during the training intervention
