NanoDecoder develops nanopore-based technology for detecting various molecules, including DNA, RNA, peptide, proteins, polymer, and provides fast, cheap, ultra-sensitive and portable devices for using in food quality check and disease diagnosis. Current DNA sequencing takes 3-5 working days which causes huge financial loss in fields requiring in-time, on-site molecular detections, traditional protein detection technologies are even slower, more expensive and insensitive. Our devices allow DNA/RNA detection within minutes, and protein detection in hours at single-molecular level. In addition, our devices diagnose disease biomarkers from patients blood in early-stage.
