Nahmias et Fils Distillery is a craft distillery located outside of New York City. Our signature product is Mahia which is an eau de vie distilled from figs and herbs. We also distilled 100% rye whiskey and apple brandy (Calvados method.) Our products are all natural (no added sugar, no neutral spirit bases etc are used). Our Mahia starts with California figs which are crushed and ferment for two weeks prior to distillation and our rye whiskey is made from organic rye which is carefully mashed prior to fermentation and then distilled. Our apple brandy is made from apples individually cored, then crushed and fermented.
