Naardic - The World's Most Engaging Home Fitness Experience. Our goal is to significantly contribute to lowering the mortality from NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases) as stated in UN Sustainability Goal 3. Naardic stands as the leading provider of video-based fitness experiences in Norway, and the team brings together vast expertise in health, fitness, IT development, and scaling of startups. At the heart of Naardic is our proprietary IT system, featuring a custom-made video conferencing system, specifically tailored for fitness and rehabilitation. Naardic is on track to double ita ARR in 2024 to MUSD 1,5 with a positive EBITDA. The company boasts a dedicated team, including a sales and admin staff of 4, 5 in-house IT developers, and 20 freelance fitness instructors. Our 5-year vision is to become a leading player in the rapidly expanding online fitness sector, both in Scandinavia and on the international stage. Currently, our business model is primarily B2C, but we see a significant opportunity in the B2B SaaS market, catering to gyms and independent fitness trainers and influencers. So far Naardic has raised 2,5 million USD, but to reach our goal we need to raise 10 million USD over the next 3 years. Future exit strategies include an IPO or sale to a PE or an industrial player.
