The Panic, Anxiety, & Stress Support (PASS) Kit is a mental health first aid kit for issues faced by students, employees, and community members of today. PASS kit creates portable and attractive kits containing evidence based stress relieving materials such as ear plugs, sleeping masks, chewing gum, stress squeeze toys, as well as our innovative ringed Card for Good Thoughts which offer short prompts and advice for those experiencing a moment of stress. The PASS kit is developed for students exposed to academic pressure, and along with our goal to reduce their stress symptoms, we also aim to reduce the stigma surrounding the mental health dialogue in the community.
