aMORA is the first Brazilian startup to offer a rent-to-own model for property buyers. With a down payment of 5%, the owner starts living in the property for 36 months. During this period, part of the lease amount is earmarked for savings, which will generate funds for the owner to enter into traditional financing in the thirty-seventh month.
