The MiP Group is an international manufacturer and distributor of generic pharmaceuticals with particular emphasis on anti-infectives. As well as antibiotics, CNP offers over-the-counter medicines and medical devices. Most of the products are manufactured at the company’s two production facilities in Saarland, Germany. With marketing authorisations for around 400 pharmaceutical products and a workforce of some 250 people, CNP generates revenues of more than €40 million in 19 countries.
In collaboration with the management team and experienced industry experts, capiton plans to leverage the company’s substantial local production capacities and international footprint to further strengthen CNP’s leading position in its target markets.
